PureCSS Loader has been added. Support for height of OSD is enabled.

And while you're in the code, this may be a good opportunity to bring in https://github.com/samvera-labs/openseadragon-react-viewer/issues/33, so the loading spinner is centered in a vertical space which the viewer will eventually occupy in the viewport?
