Quantify in-kind contributions to Hydra #63

It would be useful in discussing Hydra finances and fund-raising to be able to see any sums of money in the context of the (larger) in-kind contributions that Hydra receives. Need to try and put a number to these.

A number of contributions received but the process stopped/dropped as it was proving controversial - even embarrassing - in some institutions.
