Need to articulate clearly what the Hydra community expects from Partners and what Partners should expect in return.
Need to articulate the notion of Individual Partners
Need to avoid "Partners in name only"
What is the next level "below" Partner - for those not able/willing to take the final step but wanting to contribute in some way?
What is the "right" number of Partners (if there is one)? 50?
Need to look at the increasing number of communities in our space (PLoS, OSF, Museums, ...)
Does a big enough financial contribution make you a Partner?
What happens when an institution's management changes and the new people don't see the value in Partnership?
