Description
Release of Ramp to coincide with the release of Avalon 8.0.
Done Looks Like
[x] Update code in Netlify demo site and Styleguidist docs in GitHub pages
[ ] Readme and Wiki documentation created/updated as needed (new ReactJS version)
[ ] Update version numbers in package.json
[ ] Create and publish tag for 3.3.0
[ ] Create release in GitHub for 3.3.0
[ ] Publish release to NPM
[ ] Bring in the new Ramp version into Avalon code
