Avalon Update #325

This presentation will provide an update on Avalon Media System, an open source system for managing and providing access to collections of digital audio and video. A brief overview of Avalon’s features and use cases will be provided, in addition to discussion about new Avalon releases, features, and development over the past year. Upcoming development, including work on the upcoming Hyrax-based Avalon release and community components like Avalon’s React-based IIIF media player will also be covered.
