Update from the Samvera Geospatial Predicates Working Group
Abstract
The objective of the Samvera Geospatial Predicates Working Group is "to develop a core set of recommended RDF predicates sufficient for the basic description of geospatial resources in Samvera repositories when appended to the default metadata profile." The group has been meeting monthly, and recently met in person at geo4libCamp 2019, where it has affirmed its objective, reviewed its deliverables and tasks, and refined the timeline for the group. This presentation will give an update on the work of the group thus far, and its plans for 2019.
