CI should run transcoding tests #174

imagemagick, ffmpeg, libreoffice are all available in the trusty whitelist.

kakadu is not, but could be replaced with an open alternative.

if we can't find a ufraw package, should we refactor to allow libraw? likewise kakadu and libopenjpeg2 (which is a dependency of ffmpeg)?
