I'm not certain entirely how this would be achieved, as attempting to implement a separate test suite for Hydra::PCDM::PcdmBehavior did not resolve this for me: https://github.com/samvera/hydra-pcdm/compare/master...jrgriffiniii:issues-252-jrgriffiniii-test-coverage-90
