re: the skipped tests, it looks like projecthydra-labs/hydra-pcdm#153 is good to go, so it may be worth unskipping those tests. @escowles

@mjgiarlo I've put in a PR for projecthydra-labs/hydra-pcdm#153: https://github.com/projecthydra-labs/hydra-pcdm/pull/162

When that's merged, I can unskip those tests. I've added https://github.com/projecthydra-labs/hydra-works/issues/173 to track that.
