rake tasks load error using hydra-works 0.7 #271

Running rake tasks in Rails projects that include hydra-works 0.7.0 causes a LoadError. For instance, running bundle exec rake -T from CurationConcerns yields:

LoadError: cannot load such file -- /home/grosscol/.rbenv/versions/2.2.3/lib/ruby/gems/2.2.0/gems/hydra-works-0.7.0/lib/tasks/hydra-works_tasks.rake
