Tightening dependency of hydra-pcdm #293

Given that hydra-pcdm is not yet v1.0 (and thus a stable API), I want to keep the dependency a bit more clamped down. It highlights that hydra-works and hydra-pcdm are happening in tandem.

Coverage remained the same at 99.045% when pulling a5192da4e082f18e4ffd9b81f47b0774192f44a2 on tightening-up-dependencies into 58c048d8b84198328f3eeb97c3f9d3421acf4017 on master.
