The clamav gem hasn't had a new release in 9 years and any code changes in 7. Newer versions of ClamAV break the clamav gem. On the other hand, clamby had a release in December and commits this month. Many samvera institutions have already switched to using clamby. Done looks like clamby integration added and clamav integration is deprecated.
