DRAFT: modify first service `id` to `@id`, modify specs #77

According to the IIIF validator, the base service property needs @id and not id. Strangely enough, it didn't complain about type needing to be @type as I expected. 🤔 Putting this in DRAFT until I can test it on staging.

change id to @id
modify specs accordingly
change specs to instead check the existence of service instead of checking for that key to be nil

When changed to @id the validator then would complain and says it needs to be id, could be a problem with the validator.
