Add `placeholderCanvas` at leaf node (canvas) level #95

Adding support for specifying a placeholderCanvas at leaf node level (each canvas) in Presentation 3.0 implementation.

@Dananji @cjcolvar Just following this from afar. Time-based placeholders are an interesting idea. If you've explored that, do you have fixtures handy for that case?
