Audit the membership of GitHub Teams for the samvera Organization

While seeking to advance and prepare for https://github.com/samvera/maintenance/issues/82, I found that there were a number of inactive (and questionably outdated) members for various samvera Teams. Those which I have already determined to be no longer members of the Samvera Community have been removed. However, there are still many members which still must be audited:

In order to advance this, I have structured a separate Team emerita (https://github.com/orgs/samvera/teams/emerita) for those administrators and contributors who are no longer currently engaged with the community.

This list has been audited, and where Samvera members with limited Slack and GitHub activity were unresponsive on Slack (or could not be contacted at all), they have been removed from contributors and invited to emerita.
