This follows https://github.com/samvera/maintenance/issues/83 and https://github.com/samvera/maintenance/issues/86, and should also likely maintain parity with the same members for each samvera Team.

This needs to be discussed with the Samvera Community Manager, but I suspect that this may be decomposed into several actionable items (and possibly a discussion).

This was resolved with the following actions:

Created and ensured that the emerita Team is at parity with the samvera emerita Team
Created and ensured that the contributors Team is at parity with the samvera contributors Team
Set billing for the Organization to @heathergreerklein

I have also added https://github.com/jayvarner, and https://github.com/johnhuck as contributors, and https://github.com/heathergreerklein as an admin.
