A final call for a Product Owner was issued with the deadline of 01/31/23. As there is currently no availability for a new Product Owner, this proposal is the next step.

i think the qa gem is a direct dependency for hyrax and allowing it to be deprecated should trigger an effort to remove it(?). what's your view on the status quo.
