There were recent changes with specific recommendations around how to work with background jobs in tests. This documentation could cover...

how to run background jobs
how to not run background job
recommendations on when you would want to or not want to run background jobs\

Existing Documentation

~There is a stubbed out page for Testing Best Practices. This would be a good place to add this documentation.~

UPDATE: we removed the placeholder pages, because they were confusing people.
