Home page should have links to main community websites #279

Descriptive summary of request

In case someone lands here who isn't a developer, or a developer wants non-technical information, we should provide links to http://samvera.org and https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/samvera/Samvera

Expected Document

I'd like the homepage to have links to the main community website and wiki.

Put links on bottom right corner of main page.
