every sidebar link is 404'ing #321

When I click on any pages on the sidebar, all I get is 404's.

http://samvera.github.io/search/introduction.html

I can reproduce this behavior only when navigating from http://samvera.github.io/search.html, @RudyOnRails

The problem is the "/search/" in the sidebar links on this particular page http://samvera.github.io/search/index.html

The "/search/" in the links in probably introduced via permalink: /search/ https://github.com/samvera/samvera.github.io/blob/master/search.html#L4

A quick solution is to remove this line, which is marked WIP, @laritakr

topnav search field seems broken too

@laritakr sorry about the dupe! I did not search hard enough in the existing issues 😞
