Mention Nurax by name, and link to it's technical documentation #327

Nurax is the name of the demo app, and needs to be called out as part of the community vocabulary (currently it's only mentioned as "Demo site" and referenced within URLs and hashtags).

Also, @bess is working on technical documentation for Nurax deployment that can be linked to.

Done when:

  1. We refer to Nurax by name as the Hyrax demo site.
  2. includes a "What to do if Nurax isn't working" section that links to technical documentation on Nurax deployments (managed by DCE).

I believe https://github.com/samvera/samvera.github.io/pull/333 may include some of this issue as well.
