`samvera_sidebar` isn't doing anything; just defaults to home_sidebar #331

There are several pages with the following frontmatter:

sidebar: samvera_sidebar

This doesn't really do anything. There is no _data/sidebars/samvera_sidebar.yml, and in the case of a missing file, it loads _data/sidebar/home_sidebar.yml by default.

Not sure what the motivation was behind making those, but we should scrap it if it's not doing anything.

Done when: sidebars that don't exist aren't referenced anymore.

NOTE: other work on the menus may fix this in the wash.
