Document schema.org configuration feature and process #360

Descriptive summary of request

We learned about this at SC18 where @geekscruff is mapping worktype fields to schema.org properties.

Here is the file https://github.com/samvera/hyrax/blob/master/config/schema_org.yml

It doesn't appear to have any documentation and needs the config file to work? We don't get the file automatically it appears.

By default Hyrax has this file and uses the mapping defined in the file (for basic_metadata properties) to embed schema.org metadata into pages. The file sits in Hyrax, but can be overriden/added to by having the same file in the local application.

Agree that some doco would be good :)
