Increase font size and line height for all pages #364

Done when:

  1. font size is increased to 16px;
  2. line height is increased to 1.5;

Rationale: During Samvera connect Docs WG breakout session, we thought that emulating Github wiki font size and line height would be an improvement. That's where the above values come from.
