Error on "Editing a Work" page (2.1) #373

Issue reported via slack:

On this documentation page ... http://samvera.github.io/edit-works-2.1.html ... the final paragraph of the first section ("Editing a Work") seems to say that both child and parent works can be added to an existing work on the "Relationships" tab ... but I don't think that is correct ... am I correct that the current version of Hyrax (2.3.3) only allows for the addition of child works (and collections) but not parent works on the "Relationships" tab?
