Add tag 'production' tag to pages listed under 'Running in Production' in the sidebar to link them on https://samvera.github.io/tag_running_in_production.html which is accessed through 'Running in Production' category (Learn More button) at https://samvera.github.io

Existing

'Running in Production' category (Learn More button) at https://samvera.github.io links to an empty page https://samvera.github.io/tag_running_in_production.html

Expected

[ ] page https://samvera.github.io/tag_running_in_production.html lists content, e.g. pages listed in the sidebar under 'Running in Production'
