What does this do?

Wires up Samvera Partners UI to Contentful CMS data in 2 locations:

Bottom "Partners banner" as part of template layout
The Community > Samvera Partners page

A nice addition of the CMS location content is we get geo coordinates. I took the liberty of pulling in Leaflet, and enhancing the Partners Map on the homepage only.
