添加 macos 编译脚本 #8

Windows 和 Linux 没编译过去。M2 Macos 正常编译运行。 另外，当前不支持 IPV6.

感谢提交。 1.SamWaf里面为了轻量化使用静态编译，win下不好直接编译其他平台，其他也是一样，所以目前线上用goreleaser去做的流水线打包。

2.因为确实没有在mac编译过，建议提交并使用形如：build_macos.sh，这样也方便其他朋友本地想编译，可以挑选自己适合的
