What steps will reproduce the problem?

I've tried the suggestions and used the uninstallers I found through Google.
Nothing works. My go-to uninstaller (CCleaner) also doesn't detect namebench.
I've got through the windows directory, can't find an uninstall program and
namebench itself is spread over several directories. If it's a portable
program, why spread the files all over the place?
