Using Kroki #65

May be it's better to use https://kroki.io/ for different diagram libs?

That's a great idea! Kroki looks like a good bundle of a bunch of diagramming formats that would be nice to have in MediaWiki. I wonder if it should be added in addition to the existing services, or instead of them.
