update for 3.4

little edited this template for 3.4 by most simple way.

renamed: <name>Template ICMP Ping</name> to <name>Template Module ICMP Ping</name>

removed:

</template>

<name>Template SNMP Processors</name>
</template>

i don't remember when and why this templates disappeared (2.4>3.0 upd maybe) from zabbix, and for me it doesn't matter. disk discovery makes all work.

please, update this template. i see no reason to make a fork because of such trifles.
