After reading through a lot of comments, issues and commits, it looks like there is no real "overview" of the methods and their status. Which of the implemented methods work when "just browsing"? What does still work when in: Privacy Mode on FF, Safari Privacy Mode, and so on.
It'd be great when we could collect some information so the main README could be updated!
