Change Instructor Page Titles #66

This is a minor UI artifact that has professor pages display their name twice in this manner. image

Having the name show up twice may not be useful to the user, it may be more useful to replace the text within the card with something such as "All Courses" such that it mirrors the course pages that say "All Instructors". image
