Use PD-Loader and set frame_rate_manager
to true
in components.ini.
So you know, I recently updated frame_rate_manager in PD Loader's copy of TLAC to use an alternate frame rate manager implementation. It's still not perfect (fast motions in particular appear jittery and some effects can be incorrect), but it should fix things playing at the wrong speed even with unlocked framerate.
To use the new version, you'll need to get the latest unstable version of PD Loader. There's a link to download it on the PD Loader wiki.

I have used PD-Loader and set frame_rate_manager, otherwise the PV will run at speeds higher than 60 FPS, but some PVs have slower effects, or the accessory model (such as the remote) slows down, and after the character moves. The moment stopped. Forgive me for using Google Translate. . .

Thank you very much! I have found the latest unstable version of PD_load, I am trying to be normal.
If the game FPS is higher than 60, there will be a pause after the character action ends, or the character's accessories and some dynamic scenes move slowly. Some 3D PVs are fine, because my computer will play with 60FPS, so I hope to The game has been played at a frame rate higher than 60 FPS, although it is not stuck, but there are also many problems. . .
