Ability to mark resource as viewed #4

As a reader I want to mark a resource as viewed So it's not displayed in the list of resources

AC

There's an "Archive" button next to the resource
When the button is clicked the resource is grayed out in the list
The next time the user loads the list the resource is not visible
The resource is not deleted from the DB
