custom codec, stun and MMTel selection per account #685

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
in account setting should have advanced
2.
advanced will contin stun, audio codec settings and MMTel active/inactive 
checkbox
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what device/operating system?
latest release nexus one

Which SIP server are you using? What happens with PBXes?
freeswitch latest git head

Which type of network are you using?
WIFI/Edge

This makes a lot of sense.  I have two different accounts that connect quite 
differently and use different codecs and I have to switch them manually and 
cannot run them at the same time.
