STUN use should depend on connection type #899

my 3g network works without stun, but almost no wireless network does. So I 
cannot use sipdroid without changing the stun setting all the time. It should 
be possible to set different preferencies (stun, tcp/udp) per connection type.

At least there should be a warning.
I could be very expensive to have Sipdroid running with STUN while travelling.
Something that most users does not know.
