I've noticed a similarity with the old issue 311 that was supposedly solved in
a prior version, but it seems as if this error has reinstated itself.
The TCP connection goes down after almost exactly 30 seconds over a 3G
connection. I am still unable to test this on wifi, but suspect it to be the
same there.
This issue was noted on a Samsung Galaxy S II i9100 running Android 2.3.3 and
using Sipdroid 2.2pure.apk. The issue was noted in Sweden using the 3G (H+)
connection from Hutchison (3). The same connection works on UDP (with the
setting on UDP), but call quality is very, very poor on UDP.
I suspect that the suffix issue found and corrected in Issue 311 has been lost
in the numerous updates since and I have searched the source code for the
proposed fix, but cannot find it.
That means that this appears to be a new issue, whereby the fix previously
implemented has been negated in the latest version.
