Duplicate rows when scrolling down #3

1. Create a csv file with more than 100 lines. Make sure it contains a line 
number.
2. Create a page to read this csv file and produces HTML
3. Scroll down to line 100, it appears twice. So does lines 199, 288, 397... 
and so on every 99 lines

Attached a simple fix.

Sorry but title should duplicated LINES when scrolling down
