Will not install from Chrome web store #238

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for Google Screen Capture in Chrome Web Store
2. Click "Add To Chrome"

- What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected the extension to add to Chrome. Instead of the extension being added, 
I receive the error "There was a problem adding the item to Chrome. Please 
refresh the page and try again." 

Additionally, the extension will not sync between my 3 other computers. 

- What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Google Chrome   20.0.1132.57 (Official Build 145807)
OS  Windows XP

- Please provide any additional information below.

n/a, would really just like this to work on my office desktop.

this seems to be working with the recent chrome update (finally).
