Changes

Bumped version to 0.11.0
Got the tests to pass
Merged in Bjorn's latest changes as of //6/19/2021
Made changes to get the CI to work (I think...) Thanks to Frank's efforts!
Moved all the fixtures to a submodule, and added functionality to run the update of git submodules to anaconda-project
