[wip] Fix Bugs from 0.11.1 and Run Notebooks as Tests #15

Changes

Doubles the coverage by adding some notebooks to the test procedure
Fixes issue with diagram selections after the diagram is updated
Addes wxyz_html so we can use the file picker in the future
Updates the user and developer environment
Addes a notebook with the recipe for drawing the IBD for M0 connectors
Removes doit and the scripts folder
Adds CEST as an explicit timezone to the client
Makes the code less noisy by removing warnings or replacing them with print statements
Fixes diagram width issue in Chrome

[X] Fix the diagram style (e.g., the circles in the subsetting relationship endpoints should be filled)
- Not sure what was broken, because it now seems to be working (see picture below)
[X] Fix diagram/other widget selection after the diagram changes
- This seems to be because the pipeline does not get a done disposition, but is stuck in waiting.
- The workaround solution is not great, but it seems to be working.
