Added better way to interact with SysML data #16

Changes

Added a Model and Element dataclass that makes it easier to interact with the SysML v2 data, and a notebook to start showing how that works (dev_doc/SysML Model.ipynb)
Made paths to model files in the test notebooks work better (so they can be run from PyCharm for example)
Minor tweaks to dev_doc/Playbook Explorer Parts Test IBD.ipynb
Minor tweaks to some notebooks and files
