Changes

• Added importnb to start making composable notebooks
• Bumped version to 0.15.0
• Fixed bug in calc_dependencies
• Made Element more robust
• Added __eq__ to Element so it can be compared to its ID and ._data contents
• Upgraded base environment pymbe-ci to use latest anaconda-project and mamba
• Added anaconda-project commands for updating fixtures from Intercax server and pushing back up to the remote github fixture repo
• Added unit tests for Model and Element
• Fixed issue with Element.name and added tests to ensure we don't use the same keys as SysML 2
• Added test to load all the fixtures as a Model
• Updated to the latest version of the fixtures submodule (has the update method to download from Intercax's server)
• Removed tests/data/ folder as it is now in tests/fixtures
• Started playing around with instantiation of Element as Instance and ValueHolder
• Brought back the label generation when Model creates its .elements
• Added tests for SysML2LabeledPropertyGraph
