• Added packages as a filter to LPG projections
• Added ability for Elements to know what package they belong to
• Updated the README to make it a bit more consistent for setting up the base environment
• Merged in @bjorncole 's changes:
  • ImpliedFeatureTyping edge generator
  • fixes to M0 generators (calc_dependencies, set_builder, andinterp_playbooks`)
  • ability to handle labels for NullExpressions
• Made Elements sortable
• Improved how commits are displayed in the client UI
• Added handling of LiteralInfinity for multiplicities
• Started to add notion of proxy for Elements, actual capability will be implemented in the future
• Added a button to pop the log of the UI but it is not displayed in the UI yet
• Updated dependencies in developer and user environments
