Lazy Tree, Improved UI and Interpretation

Changes

• Improvements to execution of expressions
• Simplified how the random_generator_playbook works
• Made the containment tree load lazily (and with threading.Threads to avoid blocking)
• Skipped some broken tests (that will need to be fixed later)
• Made the containment tree more central to the UI
  • Made the UI not have the API client all the time, but can be launched from the containment tree
  • Added file loader UI that can be launched from the containment tree
  • Added a logger launcher to the containment tree
• Bumped to version 0.19.0
