Icon always stays at the last position on TaskBar #479

Reported by Ben: I installed the new v0.11 and pinned a shortcut to my TaskBar 
(in Win 7 64bit). Because I arranged all my TaskBar Icons in customized way I 
tried to drag the SpeedCrunch icon from the last (of approx 40 Taskbar icons) 
to  a new place somewhere at position 20 nearby other math tools. Much to my 
surprise the SpeedCrunch Icon doesn't like that. It AUTOMATICALLY moves back to 
the last position on TaskBar.
