Add option to disable remembering window position

This should be a simple but useful feature to add!

I run a laptop with different screen configurations depending on where I am 
(which means I don't always want apps open in the same screen coordinates. I've 
just started to use SpeedCrunch, but it is one of the few applications where it 
has a memory of window position. I'd like the option to disable that "feature" 
as for me, it is more useful that my window manager decides where to open the 
window.

eg. in the config currently, I have:

Layout\WindowPosition=@Point(1967 58)

Also, not that it should matter, but I'm on Arch linux, Openbox, SpeedCrunch
