Non-gradient scrollbars #511

Some might say that the gradient scroll bars might be 'pretty', but I much 
prefer practicality and simplicity over fancy and unnecessary. I find it quite 
difficult to tell if the window is fully scrolled down to the lowest position 
with the gradient.

Please could you at least make an option to show scroll bars without a gradient?

Image attached. Is this scroll bar as low as it will go? I can't tell.

Hi, Bryan. This was on my to-do list, thanks for the feedback. I too was not 
fully happy about it. Will change for next release.
