Steps to reproduce: speedCrunch0.11

Expected behavior:formula book display as the system language.(Chinese for me)

Experienced behavior:just display as en

Product version:0.11

Operating system:windows 7 64bit and windows xp sp3

Can you confirm that it works when you explicitly select Mandarin from the 
language list?
